- 0.5 oz lime juice
1 can Mellow Mule
2 oz ginger beer
- 1 lime
- 1 jalapeño
- fresh mint
In a shaker muddle ½ jalapeño and fresh mint. Add lime juice and stir.
Add ginger beer and Mellow Mule into the shaker and stir again.
Pour the contents of the shaker over ice and garnish.
Garnish with charred jalapeño and lime.
