What is your return policy?
Please note that we do not accept returns. We do not provide a money back guarantee, as Crisp & Crude products affect everyone differently. Please read the list of ingredients before purchasing to make sure Crisp & Crude products are appropriate for you. If you are uncertain, consult a medical professional before placing an order.
When will my Crisp & Crude order arrive?
Orders typically ship within 2 business days from order placement. Shipping confirmations are emailed to you once your order leaves our fulfillment center.
Oops, I made a mistake and need to change my order!
Once an order is placed, we cannot promise any changes or cancellations. Please email info@crispandcrude.com with “Order Change Request” and Order Number in the subject, as well as a concise description of what changes you need and we will try our hardest to accommodate requests if the fulfillment team has not already completed your order.
My order was damaged when it arrived! What do I do?
$h*t happens, but we can make it right! If your Crisp & Crude order arrives with damages during shipping, please reach out to info@crispandcrude.com within 7 days from receiving your order and include a photo of the damaged item. Damaged orders will be replaced or refunded, although refunds are not guaranteed after 7 days.
